Welcome to Caravan Classroom. By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any of our digital products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our website or products.

1. Nature of Service

Caravan Classroom provides downloadable, editable Microsoft Word documents containing curriculum-mapped home education planning materials designed for Australian home schooling families. Our files are mapped to the Australian Curriculum (Version 9) and include suggested learning blocks, activities, resource ideas, and assessment strategies.

We do not offer:

·       Educational programmes, tuition, or lesson plans

·       Subscriptions, printed resources, or ongoing updates

·       Individualised learning advice or registration assistance

Our products are digital files intended as starting points for you to personalise and adapt as part of your own home education planning.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and digital files provided by Caravan Classroom remain the intellectual property of Caravan Classroom or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the products for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, or publicly display any part of the products without prior written permission.

3. Use of Products and Licence

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only. This includes:

·       Downloading and editing the file to suit your child’s educational needs

·       Uploading it to your state or territory’s home education authority for registration purposes

You may not:

·       Share, resell, redistribute, reproduce, or publicly upload the file or any parts of it

·       Use the file for commercial, institutional, or group purposes without written permission

4. User Conduct

By using our website and products, you agree not to:

·       Misuse or abuse the digital files or website functionality

·       Engage in any unlawful activities involving our content or services

·       Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems related to Caravan Classroom

5. Orders and Delivery

After completing your purchase, you will receive one (1) editable Word document (.docx) as a digital download immediately after payment is processed. No physical items will be shipped.

Please ensure you select the correct year level before completing your order. If you do not receive your file within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at caravanclassroom@outlook.com for assistance.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are offered once the file has been downloaded.

We comply with Australian Consumer Law and will provide a remedy if a product is faulty, misrepresented, or not as described.

If you believe you have made a purchase in error, please contact us promptly at caravanclassroom@outlook.com, and we will do our best to assist.

7. Use of Australian Curriculum Material

Our learning plans reference and reproduce extracts from the Australian Curriculum published by the Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA). These curriculum statements are used under the Creative Commons licence and are not altered.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Caravan Classroom, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your misuse of our products or violation of these Terms of Service.

10. Changes to Products and Services

Caravan Classroom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from such changes.

11. Third Party Links and Content

Our products or website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Caravan Classroom does not control and is not responsible for the content or practices of any third parties.

12. Electronic Communications

By using our website and purchasing our products, you consent to receive electronic communications from Caravan Classroom. These communications satisfy any legal requirements for written notices.

13. Limitation of Liability

Caravan Classroom provides all products “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use or misuse of our products or website, including but not limited to:

·       Rejection of submitted education plans by authorities

·       Misinterpretation of information provided

·       Technical issues with downloading or opening files

·       Suitability for your unique educational goals

·       Compatibility with software other than Microsoft Word

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant Australian state or territory.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Caravan Classroom regarding the use of our products and supersede all prior agreements.
