At Caravan Classroom, we take pride in providing clear, curriculum-mapped digital planning tools for Australian home schooling families. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations once a digital file has been delivered.

1. Digital Product Sales Are Final

All purchases made through our website are for digital downloads only. Once your payment is processed and the file is made available to you, the sale is considered final.

2. No Refunds or Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, mistaken selection, or duplicate purchases. This is because:

· Digital files cannot be returned

· Access cannot be revoked once delivered

Please review your selection carefully before purchasing.

3. Exceptions Under Australian Consumer Law

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product you receive is:

· Faulty,

· Not as described, or

· Not fit for purpose
you may be entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund or replacement.

· Your order number

· A description of the issue

· A screenshot or file example (if applicable)
