Do you have a child who loves to read?
Did you know that home educating families are welcome to participate in the Premier’s Reading Challenge (or the Chief Minister’s Reading Challenge, depending on your location)?
This is not a competition, but rather aims to encourage a love of reading for leisure and pleasure in children. Each year, excellent recommended reading lists are published, along with registration information.
Tip:
Even if your child doesn’t enter, it is worth checking out the recommended book lists, which are listed by year level.
